Tracy “Shane” Facemyer, 59, of Granbury, Texas, passed away on June 23, 2026.

Born on October 27, 1966, in Orange County, California, Shane was the beloved son of Thomas William Facemyer and Pauline Bell Poarch. He spent part of his childhood in Orange County before later moving to Fort Worth, Texas, where he graduated from Tremple Tech High School.

In his early years, Shane worked as a mail carrier and drove semi-trucks. He was also an active member of the deaf community. Among his greatest joys was participating in Dart and bowling leagues. Another passion of his was karate, and during a performance, he had the opportunity to meet Chuck Norris.

Shane is survived by his girlfriend Felicita Ramirez, brother, Tom Facemyer, and wife Kelly; daughter Kodie and husband Derrick Whitfield; son David and his girlfriend Jamie Withrow; grandchildren Madison, Claire, Elle Whitfield, Camrie Crumley, and Jax Facemyer; nephew Gabriel Facemyer; and many other relatives and friends who will cherish his memory. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Pauline Facemyer, and brothers Tommy Jr. Facemyer, David Dwayne Facemyer, and Gerald Facemyer.

Shane’s kindness, love, and legacy will remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
