Tommy Duncan passed away on February 27, 2020 at his residence in Dublin, Texas. Tommy was born on September 25, 1941 to his father I.C. Duncan and his mother Minnie Claire Meroney. Tommy farmed all of his life. He married his wife, Barbara Sue Rinehart on June 2, 1981 and together they had eight children. Tommy was a member of the Baptist Church.

Tommy is proceeded in death by his parents, his brother Johnny Duncan, and his son Lee Gardenhire

His Sister- JoAnn Black of Savannah, Tx


Graveside service will be held at the Duncan Cemetery at 2:00 pm on Saturday, February 29, 2020.
