Terry Dean Pair, a respected third-generation nursery owner and devoted family man, passed away peacefully at his home on May 16, 2026. Born on April 27, 1958, in Stephenville, Texas, to his parents, Net and Dean Pair, Terry built a life marked by dedication to his family and a strong commitment to his faith in Christ. Terry was deeply cherished for his love and devotion to his family.

He is survived by his son, Challace Pair, and daughter, Chae Hart, and was an immensely proud grandfather to Wesley Pair, Rhett Hart, and Caige Hart. Terry's fondness for his grandsons and his unwavering support for his children were hallmarks of his character. Terry is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 50 years, Julie Pair, whose partnership and love were central to his life. Their memories and influence remain enduringly present in the hearts of those who knew him. Terry Pair’s life was one of commitment; to family and to his faith. His legacy will continue through the family he loved so dearly.

 Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, June 12 at 10:00am at Greens Creek Baptist Church.
