Steven John Hetrick was born on January 12, 1951. He was born in Bay City, Michigan to Leroy Hetrick & Clara (Dorey) Hetrick. He was an Army veteran, serving during the Vietnam War, Korean conflict, and three tours in Germany.
Steven married Margaret (Payne) Hetrick in 2001, in Waco, Texas. He was a skilled mechanic, electrician, and prospector.
He passed away surrounded by loved ones on April 26, 2018.
He will be remembered by his wife - Margaret Hetrick of Gorman, Texas; his sons - Scott Hetrick of Gorman, Texas and Steven Hetrick, II of Washington; his daughters - Brandy Hetrick of Gorman, Texas, Cynthia Hink, and Christa Von Gezy; his grandchildren - Raphael, Jannick, Jacob, Kristen, Kyle, Keith, Hailey, Ashlynn, Shawn, Vince, Vanessa, David, Brianna, Alex, and Austin; his brother - William Hetrick of Strawn, Texas; his sister - Suzette Hetrick of Michigan; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
