FUNERAL SERVICES: Graveside 10:00 am. Monday in Carlton Cemetery with burial to follow.
MEMORIALS: Cowboy Church of Erath Co. in Stephenville, Texas.
Sidney L. Fine was born on December 6, 1929 in Comanche Co., Texas near Carlton, Texas. He went to be with his LORD on June 13, 2015 at the age of 85 years, 6 months and 7 days.
He was the son of Sidney Tull Fine and Delma Opal (Turney) Fine. He was united in marriage to Nacona Joy Woods on July 1, 1950 in Monahans, Texas and to this union 3 children were born. He was preceded in death by his wife on May 24, 2011 and his son, David Lee Fine on May 31, 2015. He is survived by his daughter & son-in-law, Deb & Wayne Shaw of Dublin, Texas; His son & daughter-in-law, Ricky & Chris Fine of Dublin, Texas; and his daughter-in-law, Valerie Fine of Dublin, Texas; His Grandchildren, Mark Fine, Tracy O'Bannon, Matt Fine, Jeff Shaw and Shayla Dempsy; 15 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives.
He was a dairy owner, raised beef cattle and was a bull hauler for many years before retirement.
