Shirley Maurine (Rushing) Gregory, 74, went to be with the Lord on April 26, 2022 in Wichita Falls, TX. Shirley was born on June 30, 1947 in Knox City, Knox, TX to her parents Heulon W. Rushing and Viola (Petit) Rushing. She married Gary Gregory on July 18, 1970 in Gustine, TX and lived in Burkburnett, TX. Shirley was an LVN at Dublin Hospital and Home Health Care. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

Shirley was proceeded in death by her husband Gary Gregory on February 13, 2020, her granddaughter Julie Wick, and her grandson Mason Chana Abels.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Glen and Joni Gregory of Cleburne, her daughter and son-in-law Lisa and Jay Wick of Burkburnett, her grandchildren Dakota and Darian Ables, Jason Wick, Easton Abels, and Lonnie Paul and wife Samantha Abels, her great-grandson Mason Abels, her sister and brother-in-law Frances and Andy Churman of Godley, her sister and brother-in-law Patricia and Levi Adcock of Gustine, her sister-in-law Ann Goodson of Amarillo, her brother-in-law Charles Gregory of Childres, and several other relatives and friends that will miss her dearly.

Service will be held on Friday, April 29, 2022 at Harrell Memorial Chapel at 1 p.m.

Visitation will be Thursday, April 28, 2022 from 5-7 p.m. at Harrell Funeral Home.

Internment at Old Dublin Memorial Park Cemetery.
