Phillip D. Barnett went to be with his LORD on September 24, 2016 at his residence in Dublin. He was born on July 4, 1947 in Paris, Texas. He was the son of William Raymond Barnett and Luella (Young) Barnett.
Phillip is survived by his two daughters - Nikki Barnett of Lewisville, Texas and Joy Hill of Keller, Texas; his grandchildren - Nicholas Sterling Hill & Lauren Mae Hill; his sisters - Kathy Gillean of Paris, Texas, Brenda Askew of Lubbock, Texas and Sue Miller of Vega, Texas; his brother - Scott Harris of Paris, Texas; and a host of other relatives and many friends who will miss him dearly.
