Ora Elizabeth Young, 96, passed away on December 30, 2020 in Hico,Texas. Elizabeth was born on January 21, 1924 in Dublin, Texas to her parents Lewis G. Peacock and Opal (Tatum) Peacock. She married the love of her life, Lewis Edward "Joe" Young in 1944 in Dublin, Texas and together they had four children. Elizabeth worked for the Dublin Hospital as the Assistant Administrator for many years. She loved her family and church. Elizabeth was an active member of the First Methodist Church in Dublin.

She is preceded in death by her parents Lewis G. Peacock and Opal (Tatum) Peacock, her husband Joe Young, her children Patricia Young, James Young, and Laura Young.

Elizabeth is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Dale and Helen Young of Weatherford, Texas, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.

Graveside service: Sunday, January 3 at 2:00pm at the New Dublin Live Oak Cemetery in Dublin, Texas
