Norma Jean (Sharp) Westmoreland, 79, left to be with the Lord on the morning of February 14, 2017. She was born in Dublin, TX to her father, Zillman Sharp, and mother, Hazel (Williams) Sharp, on February 23, 1937. Norma graduated, in 1956, from Dublin High School. Just four years later, she married Jerry Foster Westmoreland, in Dublin, on October 20, 1960.

She is survived by her loving husband - Jerry Westmoreland, of Dublin, TX; her twin brother - Norman Sharp, of Dublin, TX; her brother-in-law and sister-in-law - Joe & Bobbye Westmoreland, of Gustine, TX, and a multitude of other friends and family.
