Neal Edward Tompkins, 62, has passed away in Dublin on July 16, 2018. He was born to champion bull-rider Harry "Uppy" Frank Tompkins & Rosemary (Colborn) Tompkins on March 8, 1956 in Fort Worth, Texas.

Neal worked as a truckdriver. He was associated with the Episcopalian Church. Neal was a caring brother, uncle, cousin, and friend.
