FUNERAL SERVICES: 3:00 pm Saturday, October 25th at Community Baptist Church in Dublin.
BURIAL: Murray Cemetery in Carbon, Texas
VISITATION: 6 TO 8 pm Friday at Harrell Funeral Home
Marvin Odis Head was born on May 16, 1954 in Odessa, Texas, the son of Joseph Odis Head and Flossie Ann (Smith) Head. He went to be with his LORD on October 22, 2014 in Ft. Worth, Texas at the age of 60.
He was preceded in death by Joseph Odis Head & Flossie (Smith) McCormick, James Head and Joanne Bethune.
He is survived by his daughter & son-in-law, Marsha & Daniel Smith of Dublin, Texas; his son, Joseph Head of Lingleville, Texas; his daughter, Sidney Woodrum of Athens, Alabama; His grandchildren: Kaylee & Brenson Smith, Raychel, Jason & Drayke Head, and Ryan Roan; his sisters: Corine Martin, Pat Phelps, Chris Jordan, Rita McLain and Lavone Bell; and a host of other relatives and many friends who will miss him dearly.
He was a retired CNA of Golden Age Manor Nursing Home in Dublin.
