Lois Scharlene Starling passed away on April 22, 2020 in San Diego, California. She was born in Oklahoma on April 17, 1924 to her parents William Lotos Gee and Alma Loraine (Stephen) Gee. Lois worked as an analyst in the education business for 25 years. She married her husband, Johnnie Elwood Starling, on November 27, 1941 in Hico, Texas and together they had two children. She was proceeded in death by her husband Johnnie Elwood Starling on August 13, 2020, her daughter Norma Jo Stevenson in April of 2012 and her granddaughter Deena Ferguson.

Lois is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Johnnie Wayne Starling and Reyna Starling of San Diego, California, her son-in-law John Stevenson of San Diego, California, and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren who will miss her greatly.
