Linda Suzan Harbin, 63, long time resident of Dublin, was born on April 13, 1960, in Dublin, Texas to her parents, Fleda (Alexander) and Troy Harbin.

Linda loved serving with compassion, she devoted her time to being a licensed counselor. She loved horses, trail riding, giving riding lessons, and she was sure to never miss the Annual Ride the Wind endurance event in Oklahoma. Her loving soul was clear in her affinity for helping others.

Linda is preceded in passing by her grandparents, Bill and Lela Harbin, Velma, and Hopie Alexander.

Linda is survived by her parents, Troy, and Fleda Harbin, sisters, Deborah Steiner, Sheree Lindsey, and Vickie Toon, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
