Leonila Rodriguez Adame, 65, went to be with the Lord on May 9, 2021 in Dublin, Texas. She was born on July 25, 1955 in Mexico, to her parents Alicia (Adame) Pena and Basilio Rodriguez Botello. She married Jose Cerda, who preceded her in death, and together they had three children Aurelio, Catalina, and Angelina. Leonila was strong in her faith as a Jehovah's Witness. She met numerous friends through her church and loved to travel with them. Leonila was dedicated to her church and never missed a service. She enjoyed sewing and was a very hard worker.

She is preceded in death by her husband Jose Cerda, her parents Alicia (Adame) Pena and Basilio Rodriguez Botello, three brothers, and one sister.

Leonila is survived by her children Aurelio Cerda Rodriguez of Mexico, Catalina Cerda Rodriguez of Dublin, Texas, and Angelina Cerda Rodriguez of Dublin, Texas, her eleven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, her sibling's Margarita Rodriguez Adame of Mexico, Isaqadeth Ramiez of Kansas, Carlos Rodriguez of Mexico, and Bertha Roman of Ft. Worth, Texas, and numerous nieces, nephews, family members and friends who will miss her dearly.
