Graveside Service: Tuesday, July 29, 2014 in Dublin Liveoak Cemetery with burial to follow services.
Laura Ellen Armstrong was born on Feb. 21, 1918 in Erath Co., Texas. She went to be with her LORD on July 27, 2014 at the age of 96 years 5 months and 6 days.
She was the daughter of Hamilton Gaines and Ethel Agnes (McCurdy) Gaines. She was united in marriage to Delmar Dee Armstong on Sept. 14, 1939 and he preceded her in death on Jan. 15, 1967.
She is survived by her brothers: Her brothers, Joe Gaines of Bluffdale, Texas and Jack Gaines of Odessa, Texas and her sisters: Connie Turley of Garland, Texas and Lois Pettijohn of Brownwood, Texas; and a host of other relatives and many friends
