Joe Wesley Victory was born November 20, 1959 in Lamesa, Texas, the son of James Elmer Victory and Shirley Ann (Baze) Victory. He went to be with our LORD on September 6, 2017 at the age of 57 in Dublin, Texas.
He is survived by his wife - Teresa (Burns) Victory of Stephenville, Texas; his daughter - Myrna Ryan of Stephenville, Texas; his grandsons - Joe Sepp Scott & Trip Scott, both of Cleburne, Texas; his brothers - Tony Victory of Stephenville, Texas and Zeke McElory of Granbury, Texas; his sister - Valli Victory of Tyler, Texas and a host of other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly
