Visitation: Friday, September 8, 2017, from 6-8 P.M. at Harrell Memorial Chapel
Graveside services will be 10 A.M. September 9, 2017 at Sardes Cemetery in Comanche Co., Texas.
Joe Franklin Decker, 63, has gone to be with the LORD on September 4, 2017. He was born in Dublin, Texas on August 21, 1954 to his parents, Mossie William Decker and Lila Mae (Atchley) Decker.
Joe was a Vietnam Veteran of the United States Army.
He will be remembered by his son & daughter-in-law - Mitchell & Michelle Decker of Lubbock, Texas; his son - Joseph Decker of Lubbock, Texas; his grandchildren - Zachary Decker, Brayden Decker, Salvador Menjivar, Gianni Martinez, Levi Martinez, Jr., Julian Martinez, Joseph Decker, and Kagen Decker all of Lubbock, Texas; and his brother Danny Decker of Dublin, Texas.
