Jimmy Dell Woods passed to his eternal rest on March 11, 2019 in Belgium (Europe). He was born in Dublin, Texas on November 22, 1945 to Dean and Lillian (Gilbreath) Woods, who both preceded him to eternal life. Jimmy graduated from Dublin High School, received his Bachelor's Degree from Tarleton State University and MBA degree from North Texas State University. He was employed at Bell Helicopter for most of his career and taught business/accounting classes at Texas Wesleyan University.

His two grandsons -

Evan Wyatt of Frisco, Texas

Paxton Kelly of Fort Worth, Texas

And many friends and relatives who miss him.

Interment at the Barbee Cemetery, outside of Dublin, next to his parents and close to the farm place where he was raised and continued to dearly love.
