Visitation for James will be Friday September 28, 2018 from 6-8 P.M. at Harrell Memorial Chapel in Dublin, TX. The service will be on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 10:00 am at Harrell Memorial Chapel in Dublin, Texas with a burial after the service at Barbee Cemetery.


James Preston Salyer entered into the gates of heaven on  September 26, 2018. He was born in Dublin, TX on December 9, 1943 to his father George Preston Salyer and his mother Beatrice (Humphries). James attended the Martin Chapel Church in Deleon, TX. He spent his life farming and spending time with his family.


Preceding James in death was his parents and his brother Bobby Salyer.

Great-Grandchildren:
Branson, Brynley, Layla

Ricky Salyer and Jeff Salyer of Dublin, TX

Laura Singleton of DeLeon, Tx
and several other relatives and friends.
