James Andrew Meyers, age 66, of Dublin, Texas, passed away June 2, 2023. James Meyers was born in Detroit, Michigan to Frank and Mary Meyers. He graduated from Dawson High School in 1975, where he met and married Shirley York in April 1977. He welcomed four children, Christopher, Bridget, Jennifer, and Scott.

James worked in retail for Walmart Supercenter in Stephenville, Texas for 25 years. He enjoyed movies, books, music, and making people laugh.

James is proceeded in death by Frank and Mary Meyers, Shirley Meyers, and Bridget Lowery.

James is survived by his sister Kathy and husband Bobby Ohlson, Christopher Meyers, Jennifer and husband Jeff Lowery, and Scott and wife Christina Meyers. Followed by his grandchildren, Owen, Ava, Angel, Gracie, Gabrielle, Shelby, Taylor, Zaidan, Morgan, and Regan.

James Meyers will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and everyone who knew him.

Memorial service to be held Saturday, June 17, 2023, at Harrell Funeral Home and beginning at 3:00pm.
