James "Jim" Page Harrell of Dublin, Texas passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family at the age of 82. Jim was born on August 30, 1940, in Dublin, Texas to his parents, Theodore Page and Luceil Ellen (Moss) Harrell. Jim was the treasurer and active member of the Episcopal Church in Dublin for many years. He was the proud third generation of Harrell Funeral Home for 50 years. He was also active in the Dublin Community serving on various committees and boards. Most of all, Jim loved his miniature train collections, building cars and many other things.

Jim is preceded in passing by his wife, Patsy Sue (Fine) Harrell in 2019.

Jim is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Andy and Debbie Harrell, daughter Jennifer Osgood, and grandchildren, Jordane, Tyler, Jaden, Noah Harrell, Nick Ware, and Sam and Sydney Osgood, along with a host of other relatives and friends that will miss Jim's presence.

The family extends their special thanks to CCS Hospice, and their special appreciation to Sissy Spear for staying with Jim twenty-four seven during his last months.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 20, 2023, from 9:00am-4:00pm at Harrell Funeral Home.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, June 21, 2023, at New Dublin Liveoak Cemetery at 10:00am.
