MEMORIAL SERVICES: Wednesday, 6:00 pm., August 2, 2017 at Calvary Baptist Church in Stephenville, Texas.
James "Jim" Doyle Smith, 68, has passed away on July 26, 2017. He was born in Santa Barbara, California on July 2, 1949 to his parents, Gaylord Doyle Smith and Alma (Crabtree) Smith.
Jim married Shirley Wallace, in Stephenville, on July 28, 1979. He worked and retired as a self-employed mechanic.
He was preceded in death, in May of 2017, by his sister, Evelyn Leichliter.
Jim will be remembered by his wife - Shirley Smith of Dublin, Texas; his son - Cory James Smith of Battle Creek, Michigan; his sister - Helen Smith Thornbrough of Yucaipa, California; and several other relatives who will miss him greatly.
