James Edwin Colbough, age 63, has joined the LORD in heaven on January 7, 2018. He was the son of Johnnie Colbough and Elette (Barkley) Colbough, born in Comanche, Texas on July 17, 1954.

James owned and operated Down to Earth Excavation. He was married to Delaine Rhodes on March 17, 2009 in Valentine, Texas.

He is survived by his wife - Delaine Rhodes of Glen Rose, Texas; his sons - Zack Colbough of Stephenville, Texas and Chance Colbough on Glen Rose, Texas; his daughter - Kalyndi Jackson of Iredall, Texas; numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews; his sister - Marquita Batson of Stephenville, Texas; his brother - Charlie Colbough of Dublin, Texas, and many more friends and relatives who will miss him.
