Memorial services will be held on Saturday, February 17th at 10:30am at Harrell Memorial Chapel.
Interment Tuesday February the 20th at Texas State Veterans Cemetery it Abilene Texas at 11:00am.
George Julius Robinson, 85, has joined his LORD in heaven on February 6, 2018. He was born in Arcola, Illinois, to his parents Laurence Robinson and Venus Irene (Trotter) Robinson, on September 5, 1932.
George retired from the military. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean era and Vietnam War. Once back home, he worked as a truck driver where he found much joy! He was also a member of the Comanche County Cowboy Church.
George was preceded in death by his parents.
He will be remembered by his daughter and son-in-law - Carla & Rickey Maddox of Dublin, Texas; his sons - Tommy G. Robinson of Oklahoma, Scott Robinson of Florida, and Clarence Bramlett of Florida; his grandchildren - Jeremiah Maddox, Brooke Maddox, Brandie Maddox, Dakota Maddox, and Schuylar Bramlett; two great-grandchildren - Berkley Allison and Westyn Allison; and many other relatives and friends.
