Fred Henry Buchanan, 78, passed away on May 4, 2020 in Dublin, Texas. He was born on September 6, 1941 in Gorman, Texas to his parents Lee Roy Buchanan and Zera Juanita (Boykin) Buchanan. Fred married his wife Anita Williams on May 27, 1967 and raised three children together. Fred was a retired facilities manager from Tarleton State University. He was a United States Veteran of the U.S. Army. Fred was preceded in death by his parents, his sisters Donnie Whiteley and Juanita Dean, and his brothers Roy Buchanan and Jerry Buchanan.

and numerous nieces, nephews, and several other relatives and friends that will miss him dearly.

There will be a visitation Thursday, May 7, 2020 from 5-7 P.M. at the Harrell Funeral Home in Dublin, Texas.

A graveside service will be held Friday, May 8, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. at the Old Dublin Memorial Park Cemetery in Dublin, Texas.

In lieu of flowers can be sent to the VFW in Stephenville, Texas or to the Wounded Warriors Project.
