Earlene "Nana" Sikes, 92, passed away on July 31, 2020 in Stephenville, Texas. Earlene was born on January 20, 1928 in Owens, Texas to her parents Ollie Valentine Preston and Donna Caldonia (Matney). She was a retired housewife. Earlene married the love of her life, Jim Sikes, on November 15, 1946 and together they had two children.

"Nana" is survived by her children, Deanna Johnson, Jimmy Sikes, and wife Helen. Grandchildren, Russell Johnson and wife Melinda, Brian Sikes and wife Michelle, Sandra Cogburn and husband Brandon, Matthew Sikes and wife Crystal. Great Grand children, Bradlee Johnson and wife Kimberly, Kaitlyn Hill and husband Christopher, Bret Cogburn and wife Sidney, Jacob Sikes, Joshua Sikes, Caden Sikes, and Reid Cogburn. Great great granddaughter, Annalise Hill.

She is proceeded in death by her parents, Ollie V. Preston and Dona C. Matney, the love of her life, Jim Sikes, and her sisters, Berta Peace and Ollie V. Hines and many other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.

Visitation will be held Saturday August 1, 2020 at Harrell Funeral Home from 6-8pm.

Graveside service will be held Sunday August 2, 2020 at Lower Greens Creek Cemetery at 2:00pm.
