Donna Marie Lipps of Dublin, Texas passed away from this life on August 23, 2024. She was born on December 22, 1962, in Cincinnati, Ohio to her parents Janet Reuss and Frank William Lipps.

Donna was dedicated to her administrative roles throughout the years. She enjoyed going to the movies, and traveling, especially her yearly cruises. Donna was known for her storytelling even on the simplest of explanations. A simple yes or no would not suffice for her. Above all she was always there when her family needed her.

Donna is preceded by her parents, Frank William "Butch" and Janet Barbara Lipps, and great niece, McKenna Pratt.

She is survived by her sister, Theresa Trammell and husband, Henry, of Dublin, Texas, nieces, Ashley Trammell of Dublin, Texas, and Alison Martinez and husband, Cojack, of Dublin, Texas, great nieces and nephews, Daishia Pratt, Jeremiah Martinez, Savannah Pratt, Addison Pratt, and Onyx Trammell.
