Don Lee Cox of Hico, Texas, passed from this life on December 13, 2025. Born on August 15, 1990, in DeLeon, Texas, to his parents, Sharon and Frankie, Don was known for his love of fishing, going to the dirt track, and sitting by the bonfire listening to Whiskey Myers. He cherished spending time with his wife and kids, as his family was his whole world.

Don is preceded in death by his grandparents, Donald and Katherine Cox, and Lillie Dunson, and his aunt, Lisa Daniel. He is survived by his loving wife, Brittany Cox, and his daughters, Regan Cox, Lynlee Cox, and Raylynn Cox. He also leaves behind his parents, Sharon and Shad Parum, his father, Frankie Cox, and his siblings, T.C. Lucus and wife, Jackie, Jamie Cox and wife, Taylor, and Megan Williams. His niece, Kayleigh McNally, mother-in-law, Shelly McNally, sisters-in-law, Madison and wife, Destiny Hale, and Kristen McNally, along with numerous aunts, uncles, other extended family, and friends, will all miss him dearly.

The family will be accepting family and friends for Visitation on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at Harrell Funeral Home from 6:00-8:00pm. Services will be held on Friday, December 19, 2025, at Harrell Funeral Home at 1:00pm.
