Dave Kenneth Sears, 81, went to be with the Lord on January 15, 2022 in Stephenville, TX. Dave was born on March 26, 1940 in Gorman, TX to his parents Dave Campbell Sears and Dorothy E. (Allen) Sears. He married Brenda Forrest on March 23, 1963 and had two children. He was a member of the U.S. Army and later became a farmer and rancher. He always enjoyed farming and raising cattle. He enjoyed the RV club, and traveling around, especially Colorado. Dave served on the Dublin Liveoak Cemetery Board, Comanche County CAD, Peanut Coop. Board, and was a former Decan at the First Christian Church.

Dave was proceeded in death by his father Dave Campbell Sears.

He is survived by his wife Brenda Sears of Dublin, TX, his daughters and sons-in-law Kim and Charles McKellip of Houston, TX, Kelly and Kirk Wise of Saginaw, TX, his grandchildren Craig Williams and Lauren Wise, his mother Dorothy Sears of Proctor, Tx, his brother Odis Wayne Sears of Proctor, TX, his brother and sister-in-law Larry and Sherry Sears of Proctor, TX, and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be sent to Victor Cemetery PO Box 382 Deleon, Tx 76444.

Service will be held Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at 11 a.m. at the Harrell Memorial Chapel.

The visitation will be held at 10 a.m. prior to the service.

Interment will be at Victor Cemetery.
