Charlene Self Howell was born on June 17, 1922 in Dublin, Texas to Charlie and Ellie Self and passed away on August 3, 2020. She graduated from Dublin High School in 1941. She married Paul Howell in Dublin on December 15, 1951. Preceding in her death was her father and mother, Paul Howell, sisters, Lucretia Trice, Christine Clark and brother, Lewis Self.

Surviving Charlene are her daughter, Paula Howell of San Angelo, sister, Patsy Self Rogers of San Angelo, a special niece, Sandra Trice Brister and husband, Bill, of Lampasas and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside memorial service will be held Saturday, August 15, 2020 at 11:00am at New Dublin Live Oak.
