Bobby J Brown was born November 30, 1930. He passed February 28, 2023. Bobby's parents were the late Mary and Ruben Brown of Dublin, Texas.

Bobby married Doris Eleanor Boyd of Midland, Texas on July 1, 1949, and together they had two children, Eddie and wife Fay Brown of Stephenville, Texas, and Jerry Brown of Stephenville, Texas.

Bobby was a newspaper pressman worker for the Ft. Worth Star Telegram for 23 years. Bobby was a Mason, member of The American Legion, he served 3 years in the National Guard, and 7 months in Fort Gordon, Georgia. Bobby is survived by two grandchildren, Treva Brown of Seattle, Washington, Robert, and his wife Erin Brown Scull of Afton, Oklahoma, one great-grandson, Ethan Brown of Tulsa, Oklahoma, his brother, Bill, and wife Sue Brown, of Comanche, Texas, and sister, Ruby Brown of Catoosa, Oklahoma

Visitation will be held Friday, March 3, 2023, at Harrell Funeral Home at 11:00am prior to the service.

Following the visitation, a graveside service will be held at the New Dublin Liveoak Cemetery in Dublin, Texas at 1:00pm
