Billy Reta Briscoe passed away on May 21, 2020 in Dublin, Texas. Billy was born on August 10, 1931 in Canadian, Texas to her parents Loretta A (Riggle) and William Boyce. She married her husband, Jerry Briscoe, on June 12, 1948 and together they had two children. Billy loved sewing, fishing, painting, growing flowers and could grow anything. Billy is proceeded in death by her husband Jerry Briscoe on December 28, 2013 and her brother Sonny Boyce.

Billy Briscoe is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Debra Briscoe and Larry Walker of Dublin, Texas, her daughter Marlene Briscoe of Dublin, Texas, her grandchildren Marsha Larson, Steven Mix and Derryck Rottman, her great-grandchildren Reese Rottman, Rilyn Rottman, River Rottman, Uriah Mix, Aiyana Mix, her great great-grandchildren Nolan Mix, Milo Mix, her sisters Betty Welch of Florida, Sharon Gray of Ruidoso, New Mexico, Linda Bennet of Oklahoma, Sandra Isenhower of Oklahoma numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends who will miss her dearly.

Graveside service will be held Saturday, May 23, 2020 at 10:30 am at Dublin Live Oak Cemetery in Dublin, Texas.
