Bart Lane Greenway, 61, passed away peacefully with his daughters at his side on November 22, 2021.  Bart was born on June 6, 1960 in Dublin, TX to his parents, William Purves "Bill" and Martha Lou (Knox) Greenway.  He married the love of his life, Ruby Jane (Osborn) Greenway on March 14, 1981.  Bart was a dairyman, and later, Justice of the Peace, Pct. 2.  He served on the Dublin ISD School Board and was a member of the Alexander Cemetery Association. He played Santa Clause for many years. He had great pride and love for his hometown of Dublin.  His overall, favorite job was being a father and a Papa.

Bart was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby Greenway, his parents, Bill and Martha Lou Greenway, and his brother, Bret Greenway.

Bart is survived by his daughters and son-in-laws, Amanda and Rick Lisso of Dublin and Emily and Chris Akard of Stephenville; his three grandchildren, Ryder, Evelyn, and Lainey; his siblings, Gary Greenway of Dublin and Debbie Pope of Gustine; and numerous other relatives and friends. Pallbearers include Gary Greenway, Frank Shelton, Steven Harris, Adam Pope, Johnn Osborn, Pinkie Swindle, and Gary Sparks.

Visitation will be held Friday, November 26, 2021 from 6-8 p.m at Harrell Funeral Home.  A memorial service will be Saturday, November 27, 2021 at 2 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Dublin followed by graveside service at Alexander Cemetery.
