Barbara (Geiger) Horn was born on February 2, 1939, in Bismark, North Dakota to her parents Helma (Pietz) and Anton Geiger.  Barbara passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on April 21, 2024, at her residence.

Barbara was a devoted Catholic; she loved her faith and attended St. Mary's Catholic Church up until her illness no longer permitted. Despite being unable, she persisted and continued Communion at home. She was proud of her beloved nesting doll collection, and her vast spoon collection ranging from every state to every country.

Barbara is preceded in passing by her parents, Helma and Anton Geiger, and her husband of 59 years, David Horn.

Barbara is survived by her two sons, Kirk, and wife Crystal, Eric, and Joel Meja, two brothers, Tony Geiger, and Paul Geiger, 7 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and numerous other relatives, friends, and extended family members.

Services will be held on May 1, 2024, at St. Mary's Catholic Church with interment to follow at West End Cemetery.
