MEMORIAL SERVICES; 3 p.m. Sunday, April 26th at Comyn Baptist Church
Arvy Newton Coan was born May 7th, 1937 in Rotan, Texas. He went to be with his LORD on April 11th, 2015 at the age of 77 years, 11 months, and 4 days. He was the son of Benjamin Newton Coan and Inez (Johnson) Coan.
He is survived by his children, Sarah Jo Moore of Merkel, Lorie Thompson of Gorman, Michael Coan of Ohio and Cathy Coan. His 3 brothers, Benny Coan of Proctor, Troy Coan of DeLeon, and Donald Coan of Proctor . 1 sister, Lois Coan of Stephenville. 5 plus grandchildren and 9 plus great grandchildren. And a host of other relatives and many friends who will miss him dearly. He was a retired heavy machine operator and a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in Korea.
