Aline Mitchell, 91, passed away in Stephenville, Texas on November 22, 2019. She was born on January 4, 1928 in Stephenville to John Oxford and Effie (Hendrickson). She graduated high school and completed two years of college to become a nurse (LVN) at 17 years of age. She was a member of the First Christian Church on Stephenville, Texas. Aline loved to sew and cook. She enjoyed having big Christmas celebrations with her loved ones.

She married William "Bill" Carroll Tate on December 29, 1947 and sadly, he passed away on November 4, 1961. She then met and married Carl Mitchell on December 15, 1962. He passed away on September 5, 1984. Also preceding her in death was her daughter, Jana Jones in 2018, her stepson, Tommy Mitchell, her grandson, Kevin Tate, and 2 great-grandsons, Cass McNabb and William Chew.

25 Grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren

Her step-son - Don Mitchell of Alexander, Texas

Her step-daughter - Carolyn Tatum of Modesta, California

and may other relatives and friends.
